The Apple Watch cellular uses an eSIM and connects to the SIM in your iPhone. You don't need an additional SIM.

The Apple Watch (there is no such thing as an Iwatch) has an eSIM, it does not have a physical SIM. If you wish to activate the cellular on the Watch, first thing is you need to find out if your cellular carrier supports cellular on the Apple Watch. See this listing here, https://www.apple.com/watch/cellular/ and that the Watch you have is correct for your region.
