Last time i backed up for a new Iphone my emails did not show back up. I had to come up with all new passwords for 3 email accounts that needed each other to redo passwords. Not fun! How do you back it up for emails to comeback? Did I miss something?

Emails (texts) are not included in the backup. If you are asking about log in info, make sure that backup is encrypted. If it is -- they are not included in the backup by design.
