It appears that you'd like to reclaim some of the storage on your Apple Watch, and we're glad to help with this.
Add music to Apple Watch -- If you've downloaded music to your Apple Watch, you can remove it using the steps under "Remove music from Apple Watch".
Install apps on your Apple Watch -- You can also remove any applications you don't use often or have stopped using at all.
Unpair and erase your Apple Watch -- To remove all but the bare minimum, you can unpair your Apple Watch from your iPhone. Then set it up as a new Apple Watch instead of restoring from a backup.
