My iOS 13.7 iPhone has an orange Docs bar like https://discussions.apple.com/thread/250253771 and https://discussions.apple.com/thread/250076084. How can I view/delete these files?
Have you tried Settings > Name > iCloud > Manage Storage > iCloud Drive > Delete Documents & Data?
Not sure why the discrepancy but if you wish, you can try signing out of the device and signing back in.
Can I see what data is there? Inside Documents & Data it shows 532.9 KB (less than 1 MB), but the orange bar DOCS shows 1 GB.
I think I've already done that. On your device, do you have an orange bar that says Docs as well that shows more space than in your actual iCloud Drive?
Actually on my iPhone 11 Pro, I don't have an orange bar, just Photos, Backup, Mail, and Other which is odd because I have lots of documents and PDF's stored in iCloud Drive at the moment.
Thanks, I wonder if this is caused by the many years I told Apple to not upgrade my documents to iCloud drive and now they’re stuck. I may have to make an appointment. I know others on this forum have had the same issue. Hopefully, this topic will get more visibility soon.
