I had my iPhone XS repaired a couple of weeks ago after water damage. A few days ago it started not responding when I tried to unlock it. Screen wouldn’t turn on, but I could hear the camera click so I knew it was on. It did this a couple of times the first day then got worse. Now it hasn’t come on in 2 days. In the little time I’ve had it back I haven’t dropped it or gotten it wet. Could it have not been repaired completely?

It is doubtful they repaired it, they sent you back a service replacement unit. It comes with a 90 day warranty or the remainder of your iPhone warranty, whichever is longer. There should be no charge if you are within this period.
