disabled phone!
my sons phone is disabled. I am aware he needs to coneect to itunes, but when he logs in with apple ID it sends him a verification code to his phone that he cannot access because his phone is disabled!!!

He doesn't need to log in. He just needs a computer where iTunes is installed. See instructions in If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support
