Just updated Safari to 14.0 and can no longer set Open to Top Sites in Preferences ... well, can no longer find any trace of Top Sites.
Just me, or is this an intended change that just leaves me wishing that I had skipped the update?

thank you for the workaround for now. Lame (in the sense of apple screwing us) but at least it makes getting to the most used websites easy
I would add that the background image is poorly designed. While a nice idea apple lacked the obvious: select a picture from Photos. Shows little thought went into this option.
Get to the desktop (finder) then click on Go (menu bar) and hold down Option, Library will appear.
Or, you can follow my post above:
Finder > Go > Hold down the Option key.
It's always been available this way.
If you want to go one step further, I suggested going into Preferences > General then change Favorites Shows: to your Top Sites folder, that brings you one step closer.

also know, you don't need to stop at one folder. maybe have one called "work" another called "entertainment" and so on.
No, Top Sites has NOT returned in 14.0.1. There is no Top Sites option in the General preferences for opening a new page, only the new Start Page option.
