Apple TV+ on Samsung 2017 models

Dear all,

I am changing TV in 15-20 years cycle, i have bought great 65" Samsung TV, but that is 2017 model, so i will not change it in next around 15 years.

On my TV everything works fine, Netflix, HBO GO, Amazon, in 4K of course, but there is no Apple TV+ app.

It is, since 2018 models and Samsung is claiming its only up to apple to enable that.

I am not going to buy Apple TV box because i have limited HDMI's and i do not want to have next controlling device, wires and boxes under my TV.

How can i raise a ticket to Apple or discussion to allow Apple TV app to work also on 2017 Samsung Smart TV models?
