Sharing Screen in Zoom doesn't work

I don’t think so. I have the same issues even with the latest version of iOS14.. Updating Zoom didn’t solve it. Other devices with iOS 13.x still stream fine. This is *still* an iOS14 issue.

When you screen share, what are you sharing exactly, and for how long? My screen share also works, but only for about 30 seconds to a minute, and then stops and automatically leaves the meeting. This happens on 2 different iPads. When I share the Zoom whiteboard, it does not have this problem.

Your issue sounds like more of an issue with the Zoom service. You probably need to reach out to them and see what assistance they can provide.

Have the latest version. Did not solve anything.

Check your privacy settings,

System preference > Security and privacy > Privacy > Screen recording make sure Zoom is checked

if you don't see zoom at all, start a test zoom session and attempt to share screen and check if it requests you to allow screen share, if it does not prompt you, uninstall zoom, restart your mac and reinstall try sharing, it will prompt you to allow and direct you to system preference privacy section.

This goes to show....."if it ain't broke, don't fix it" especially in the middle of the semester!!!! Maybe someone will help up with another patch or maybe we figure out a work around........we will keep everyone posted.

Are you using the latest Zoom app release? That would be Zoom Cloud Meetings 5.2.3 released a week ago.

Why does this problem have a "Solved" check? There are no solutions here that have fixed the problem for me, or Stephanie as far as I can tell.
