Yes, and no.
You can charge the apple watch with that charger, but the charging cable that is included will not fit.
This cable will fit the fast charge power adapter:
Apple Watch Magnetic Charger to USB-C Cable (1 m) - Apple
The one included is the USB A connector, so you either need a new cable or an adapter to use the iPhone 11 pro charger.
