Hello, the WatchOS 7 should have the new Hand Washing feature. I found out that you have to activate this feature in the settings, but I haven't found this option in the Watch app on my iphone and neither in the Settings directly on Apple Watch. Any recommendetations please?

Where is that documented? I cannot find it anywhere in apple’s pages. A third party site said Handwashing settings should be available in Series 3 or later. Again, nothing I can find on Apple to corroborate or refute that.
I have a Series 5 and can't see Hand Washing either. Have upgraded to watchOS7.
