Hand washing on Apple Watch Series 3 Edition

Hand washing isn’t available on my Apple Watch Series 3 Edition after I updated to watch OS 7, while it’s stated that it should be available. Anyone else having the same issue? It doesn’t show up in Settings or in the My Watch app?

WatchOS 7 Hand washing missing Hello, the WatchOS 7 should have the new Hand Washing feature. I found out that you have to activate this feature in the settings, but I haven't found this option in the Watch app on my iphone and neither in the Settings directly on Apple Watch. Hand washing is for apple watch 4 and above.

Muchas Gracias, for some reason I believed reading it's supported on Series 3. Easy solution!
