ios 14 widget broken

Have anyone found a solution to this problem yet? My iOS 14 widgets aren't working either on my 1st gen iPhone SE. Most of them are blank until I edit the stacks page/widget page to make it show. Even if it shows up already, it's still not gonna work most of the time. Like it's just there being static for display purposes.

iphone SE here, just updated to 14.0. Widgets are clearly broken—they mostly show up blank. Smart Stack only displays content on the “news” and “Siri suggestion” panels. The news links aren’t clickable. The battery widget displays status but isn’t clickable. Everything else is just blank.

Hi! Music widget doesn’t automatically play what it shows, but it opens the page of the album/playlist in Music App.

Anyway, it is strange that they are white and not clickable... have you tried to relaunch the apps connected to the widgets (calendar for instance)?

Same here. Just got my 7 plus updated and found out the widgets seem to be stopped working and shown as annoying low resolution image. Each doesn’t work and unclickable. Tried to reboot / hard reset my iphone. Once it works but soon back to early condition. Apple please fix this. Thank you.

Same here, up until ios13 the widgets just worked. Then they decided to change them and it miserably fails in ios14; one of the major features of ios14... well done...

Apple’s weather widget stays blank, apple’s own stock app does not update currency rates... what’s with hurrying to release Apple?

I’ve having issues with my 4 x 4 music widget. It doesn’t refresh with new songs/albums and is stuck on the same 9 albums even though I have deleted 2 of them from my library. I tried deleting and adding back on the widget and restarting my phone but no luck.

I am also facing the same issue with my ios 14 update on my iPhone 7 . I have tried deleting and reinstalling apps, and rebooting but the problem is still persisting. I initially thought it was an issue for older iPhones but it seems it is also affecting iphone x and above users. I hope apple cam fix this bug soon

I just started having this issue. What's weird is that I have been using iOS 14 since it was a public beta and never had an issue with the Widgets until today (running iOS 14.0.1). I have been using a ton of widgets and didn't have an issue until now. I tried to add the Notes widget to my homescreen and after that all my widgets stopped working (could not click on them) and looked pixelated/low res. I deleted the Notes widget, restarted my phone, and the widgets were working again. Again tried to add the Notes widget and same thing happened.

So weird.

I have the same phone..I’ve tried resetting my phone millions of times..my phone is my brothers old one but nothing was wrong with it I have deleted and redownloded multiple times and noting works I’ve tried to ask Siri and open that app while my phones plugged in but nothing works I can click on the app and it opens for a second but I don’t see anything happen then it just closes... I would ask my mom to take me to the mall to get it fixed but I don’t want to do anything like that with everything going on...if anyone’s knows how to help me please help it’s frustrating

Even I observe blank widgets , such as Google or third party app widgets. However , upon clicking them repeatedly, they did open and the widgets started functioning normally thereafter. You may try the same, saves rebooting the phone. Hope this helps .. until of course bug gets fixed by Apple .

Same here, I have blank widgets on my iPhone XS Max after downloading iOS 14. The weather, clock amongst others won’t display are dark.
