Plz go in setting and serach sound and haptic, there is a option reduce loud sounds , click here and do it 100 decibels

I tried restarting and unpairing and pairing devices again. It worked for a second and then went back to the audio being low even with the device and phone sound on the highest level. It’s happening with all my Bluetooth devices I connect to the phone.

If those steps didn’t help, try these steps:
- Remove any case from your iPhone.
- Disable Wi-Fi in Settings > Wi-Fi.
- Make sure the accessories and iPhone are close together and try using them in different locations.
If that doesn’t help, try resetting one of the Bluetooth devices to its factory settings and then pair with your iPhone again. If the device can get firmware updates, make sure it is completely up to date and then test once more.
