Hi jadorn4,

If those steps didn’t help, try these steps:

- Remove any case from your iPhone.

- Disable Wi-Fi in Settings > Wi-Fi.

- Make sure the accessories and iPhone are close together and try using them in different locations.

If that doesn’t help, try resetting one of the Bluetooth devices to its factory settings and then pair with your iPhone again. If the device can get firmware updates, make sure it is completely up to date and then test once more.

If the issue continues beyond that, you may want to reach out to Apple Support using one of the numbers from the following link to work with you on this:

Contact Apple for support and service

Regards.

Hey there jadorn4,

Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities. We understand the volume from your Bluetooth devices is lower than expected after updating iOS. We’ll be happy to help with this.

Start by going through the different ways to adjust your iPhone volume from this article just to be sure it’s turned up for the audio you’re listening to:

Adjust the volume on iPhone

Make sure the volume on your Bluetooth device is turned up as well.

If that doesn’t help, unpair your device and iPhone, restart them both, then pair again. You can find the different steps for this in the following articles:

Set up and listen to Bluetooth devices on iPhone

Restart your iPhone

We hope this helps.

Take care.
