.on my volume control menu, i only see the battery sign and not the airpod logo. i cant see the airpod logo on the volume control, and i want to turn off my noise cancelation. what should i do?

It sounds like you're unable to see the AirPods listed in the volume control in the menu bar on the Mac, so you're unable to change its settings.
Are your AirPods currently connected to your Mac? Use these steps to test and set up the AirPods if necessary: Set up AirPods with your Mac and other Bluetooth devices - Apple Support. If they are already set up, try removing the device and setting it up again to see if that displays them in the volume bar again.
