Netflix on Apple TV 4k

Just purchased New unit and all apps load except Netflix, get error code 113. Spent 1 hour with Netflix they say it’s an Apple issue, what’s the resolution

Try this for any misbehaving app:

  • Force-quit the app, then relaunch and try again.
  • If the issue persists, restart the device, then relaunch and try again. (Restarting alone does not quit apps!)
  • If the issue persists, delete the app, re-download and try again. (This will also remove any app settings, that may be part of the issue.)
  • If the issue still persists, then contact the app developer for further assistance.
