I can’t seem to get my second alert to schedule correctly it takes on whatever the 1st alert is also someone said to a fix was to to go to calendar default and click “on my phone” but that is NOT an option on 11 Max 💁🏾

That has been a long standing issue. While the alerts magically reverse themselves, they do provide the reminders at the appropriate times.
Ahhhhh so for instance, this would work in the reverse???

Yes, you would receive the reminder one day before your event (Second Alert)
Then you would receive the reminder 1 hour before your event (First Alert).
I know it is weird, but it works. I have submitted a bug report to Apple a couple times, but no change.
You can test it with a make believe event .... set the first and second alerts for short times, and wait for the reminders to happen.
