Be specific about what you like and what you don't; if you just say it's "horrible" or a "nightmare" that's not constructive and so nothing can be done with that.
Say what you would like it to look like or how you want it to operate.
No one here can do anything about it.
Terrible change to how you create a calendar input. Not intuitive. Very easy to put in the wrong date or end time. If you have a full schedule with many meetings this is an absolute PITA
Never took time to comment on iOS before. The calendar is a mess. It’s wrong. Users shouldn’t have to spend time fixing your mess. An un requested absurdity.
Agree completely. Utter mess and a daily frustration.

Yes, it was tested.
Tap the time and enter your time on the keypad. Much, much easier than spinning the dials in previous implementations.
I also don't see the alert issue you mention.
Just try this. Click on the “wrong” time, then type the one you want. That will be entered and you’re fine!
