Bluetooth

I cannot seem to get my Bose headphones to connect to my MacBook Pro. Have never had this issue before. It says they are connected, but has a yellow error sign next to the word connected with an exclamation point. It will not let me disconnect from them even when I turn the headphones off. Please help me figure this out!

I will try, ANR1189. You’d have to go to the Bluetooth menu at the top of your screen next to the Wi-Fi icon, click on the cog, A list of Bluetooth devices should show up click on your Bose headphones and choose forget this device. Then,Do a Reset SMC/PMU followed By a zap pram. Then reset the Bluetooth connection on your Bose headphones and re-pair them with your Mac. They should show up under Bluetooth devices then click on the pair buttons and it should work. I don’t know exactly what model of Bose headphones you have, but the Bose website should be helpful.

good luck
