iPhone 11 pairing issues

Hello,

6 months ago I purchased a set of bluetooth headphones to pair with my iPhone 11. Everything worked as it should until last week. I was listening to music and it suddenly stopped. I checked my phone and the device was no longer paired and several attempts to re-pair them didn't work. I assumed the headphones were to blame, they were still under warranty and I got them replaced. (these are not cheap headphones) I got the new set and they won't pair either! Is there some issue with the iPhone 11 that is causing this? please keep in mind that they did work great for 6 months.

Thanks for your time, any help will be appreciated .

Hello Imtrying2,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.

It appears that the Bluetooth headphones you have been using for 6 months are no longer pairing with your iPhone. You got them replaced and the new set is not pairing with your iPhone either. Let's start with reviewing the first article here to make sure that you are not inadvertently missing a step in the process:

If you are still not able to pair the headphones, then take a look at this support article to troubleshoot what may be going on:

Best regards.
