Attaching photo from Photo Library

I am facing some issues with Photo Library while attaching or uploading images.

When I want to attach a photo in email, I click the attach button and go to finder and then to picture and then to my library. When i click library it shows me several folders as Attachment, Database, Masters, Privet etc. But I dont see the Albums I created.
When I want to Upload an image in a web browser I follow the same process but this time I cant open the library
However, while inserting an image in MS word I follow same process and this time I get all my album setting.

Any Idea why the Photo App behaves so strangely?

To upload from your Photos Library use the Media Browser or Photos Browser. When you want to attach a photo, do not go to the Pictures folder in the file chooser dialog, but to the Media section in the sidebar. Using the Media section, you will see the albums in the Photos Library like in Photos. It is no longer easy to navigate the Photos Library in the Finder after the Catalina upgrade, because the internal structure has been changed ( How Photos 5.0 on Catalina Manages original Files and Filenames).

When you open the file chooser on your Facebook Website to select files to upload, go to the Media section of the sidebar of the File Chooser window, click "Photos", then select the Photos library and click the tiny disclosure triangle to the left of Photos Library to reveal the albums.

It will look like this (sorry , my Mac is currently set to German). It may take a while to load, but you should be able to navigate the library like in Photos.

However, in Photos 5 on Catalina versions you will only see JPEGs this way, not the HEIC images or RAW images. Problem in Photos 5 on Catalina: Grey Filenames in the Media Browser - Apple Community

In Apple's native Mail use the Photo Browser button from the new mail toolbar.
