iPhone X Overheating after IOS 14 Update

Yes my iPad Pro iPhone XS Max and Apple Watch all drain crazy fast and charge extremely fast with massive heating issues. I have turn off all background refresh all locations gps. Even try WiFi only nothing works to solve this issues. This major issue needs to fixed.

I had the same issue with 11promax from beginning with beta versions and had to downgrade for waiting the official version.

But Apple disappointed me one more time. I tried every possible tips but doesnt help:

1- Factory reset

2- Remove Nano simcard

3- Waited for few days and looking for stabilization.

and the last solution worked: downgrade to 13.7

Yes. Every day my iPhone X overheats after the upgrade. It goes into shutdown mode and I have to put it in the freezer to cool down fast as it is my work phone. Any update on this being fixed in an upcoming patch.

I am encountering the same issue right now! After I updated to iOS 14.3 my phone started showing high temperature warning every **** time! I couldn’t use my phone for browsing it for FaceTime anymore! This is so freakin annoying!

I almost never let mine update until they practically force it on me. I still have not done the latest 14.3 update, though I must have done the 14 update. Now mine started to do this to me. If this continues I will be buying a new phone (and moving away from Apple for good). I have never seen anyone have as many issues with a phone as I have had with iPhones.

I’ve just done the update and my phone overheats constantly...on charge, making a call, on email, trying to fix the issues.

ive reset the phone and still have overheating. The iPhone 6s was purchased new 18 months ago

I use the phone as my home internet...

it’s incredibly frustrating

I ended up trading my iPhone 11 Pro in for $450, after the Apple store ran diagnostics and said there was nothing wrong with it. (Hah!)

I got the iPhone 12 mini. It's a decent phone, but that was a frustrating experience, to say the least.

Apple, once you've decided that this was your OS upgrade's fault, I'd like to be compensated for my loss of time and value. Thank you.

Having the same problem with my iPhone X suddenly. I can’t do anything with it. Just did a factory reset and it’s still overheating. Really crappy

Latest update has damaged battery life!

Has Apple said anything about this yet? Just did my update 12 hours ago. Hot phone & quick battery drain. Anyone’s phones improve after time?

Same thing happened to mine. Even now I’m writing here it is overheating

This is happening to me aswell my phone is always really hot when I haven’t even been on it that long. My iPhone 7 battery and Apple Watch is always drained.
