Rewire inputs greyed out in Logic Pro X 10.4.8

Hi,

I have this weird issue with rewire. I know it happened in the past when there was conflicts between 64bit versions of Logic and 32bit versions of Rewire or Ableton Live.

In my case, I have a template I created to start projects with an Ableton Live Aux track already set up with rewire, when I open this template and work with Live in slave mode, no issues.

BUT, I've been working on a bunch of tracks from the same version of Logic, but not started from that template, and when I try to add an aux track with a Rewire input, they all appear greyed out (Live, Waves, Melodyne...). Tried to reset rewire by reinstalling Live (version 10 which is 64 bit), re-checked the Rewire option in Logic preferences... nothing works.

Thanks for your help.
