Mac Mail Right Click Empty Trash Missing

On my Mac Book Pro, my Mac Mail no longer has the option to right click to empty trash. I have the option to right click and erase junk mail, but the right click empty trash is now missing.

Mail is deleting my trash after 7 days but preferences say Never delete trash I have my preferences for Mac Mail set to delete Trash "Never." But Mail is deleting them after 7 days.
