Email draft

I was checking my iCloud email and saw an email with no subject and no recipient in my draft folder from 9/5. There was an attachment that would not open as well. I did log out of my iCloud account and into another @me account on my phone and back into my iCloud on that day. Could logging out and back cause this?

iPhone XR, iOS 13
