iPad blocked after updating

Hi,

I have a trouble with a 5th Generation iPad. I tried to enroll it on a MDM using Apple Configurator 2. The App crashed so I tried to update the iPad with Apple Configurator 2. iOs was downloaded, unpacked and the iPad is now stuck on recovery mode.

I tried to hold both home button and power. Apple Logo appeared for 2 seconds and disapeared. The iPad doesn’t show on Finder but Apple Configurator 2 says the iPad is on recovery Mode.

The logo of the recovery mode is not shawn on the iPad. I tried to upgrade iOS with apple configurator without success. The error code is :

Failed to create new state machine for restore [com.apple.MobileDevice.MobileRestore - 0xFB1 (4017)]

Can you help me with this issue please ?

Hi and thanks for the reply.

I tried this solution. My problem is i can't see the recovery mode logo on the iPad. And i can't see the iPad on Finder. Only the Apple Configurator 2 can see the iPad in recovery mode.

When i try to restore the iPad from the AC2 app, the first try give me this message :

This iPad can't be restored : (AMRestoreErrorDomain error 4 - Failed to handle message type StatusMsg) [AMrestoreErrorDomain - 0x4 (4)]

After this, i see the Apple Logo and the progression bar on the iPad. When i try again to restore the iPad, i get this message :

Failed to create new state machine for restore [com.apple.MobileDevice.MobileRestore - 0xFB1 (4017)]

Is there any solution to install iPadOS with a terminal window ?

EDIT : I tried to plug the iPad on a Windows OS with iTunes. A Restore Windows appear, but I can't restore or update the iPad. iTunes is contacting Apple servers and stops. Others clicks on update ou restore has no effects.
