i want to change emergency number to my own choice how i can do this?

I live in Pakistan and when i use emergency call it shows and dial 911 which is not a valid in our region i want to change this number to my own choice of local emergency services (rather than company fixed 911 work maybe only in US)

how i can do this?

What emergency number will my iPhone dial? My iPhone is on the UK region (I used to live there and my bank account is still connected) and since I made all my iTunes purchases there I don’t want to risk to loose anything by switching over to where I live now.
