Unable to see Back tap in 6S
Recently updated the latest iOS 14 on my 6S device and the back tap feature in accessibility isn’t showing up. Anyone facing same issue or know the solution?

I saw what you originally wrote. Of course it should NOT get all features. As the phones progress year to year, they get updated and newer hardware and iPhone 6S does NOT have the same capabilities the newer phones have. If you want ALL the capabilities of iOS 14, then it's time to get a newer phone which can handle ALL the capabilities.
Your phone does NOT have the abilities of the newer phones and that's all the valid reason you need. You do realize iPhone 6s was released over 5 years ago? A lot changes in 5 or more years.

No – but presumably there's something lacking in the hardware of iPhone 7 series.

Your device doesn't support tack back feature.
It's not there on iPhone 7 either. It requires iPhone 8 or newer. To be honest, it was a big surprise iPhone 6s would be getting iOS 14 in the first place.
Then it should include all features or have valid reason for that.
