iPhone 11
Same problem. Health app accounting for 93% of battery use and 53GB of storage on 64GB iPhone 11 following update 4 days ago. Also, old data appears missing from Health and Fitness apps. Trying to access Health settings causes phone to crash. Overheating repeatedly. Forced restart fixes but only temporarily.
Yeah I sat through a genius telling me the same as well... I decided not to follow their L1 troubleshooting support.
Same. Just updated to iOS 14 couple of days ago.. Health app taking up 7 Petabytes which is impossible. Storage bar shows 26 GB used out of 64 GB used though.
Same exact problems here
If you have an Apple Watch, seems like unpairing and pair a couple time will help this issue.

I am also facing the same issue. after the iOS 14 upgrade, I’m having to charge my iPhone 11 at least 2 times a day and it is also getting overheated during use
How do you disable it?
I haven’t figured out how to do it and from what I can tell no one else has either
I am having exact same problem? Is there any resolution? I was hoping Apple will come back with a fix but it’s been almost a week and ni fix yet
I’ve tried most of the things people are recommending with no success. I’m assuming Apple will come out with an update right away. Hopefully
I can’t even do half of these because when I select whatever it is, I get the spinning thing and it locks up. I hope Apple fixes this soon.
Wow, thanks for nothing Apple genius. I’d be frustrated too!
I have iwatch 3 and haven’t updated to 7 and my phone is still being drained by health
Same here. Haven’t updated 3 watch and experiencing same issue.
