iphone 11 doesn't turn on, is stuck on apple logo

I ran out of memory space on my phone therefore I started deleting some old photos. While doing so i realised that they were not being deleted and that my phone was acting slow. I decided to turn it off and then turn it on again, but when I did so my iphone got stuck on the apple logo and it has been like that for almost 7 hours. I tried holding the volume buttons and also the on/off button and nothing. It still shows the apple logo!
