Where is the iTunes icon now located? It seems to have dissapeared from my iPhone 8 Plus now.

There is no app with the name "iTunes" on an iPhone. There is an "iTunes Store" app and a "Music" app and an "iTunes U" app. To locate an app use Search -- slide down starting at the middle of the home screen. See: Use Search on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
