Is the any way I can use my Apple Watch Series 4 Cellular A2008 in Canada?

I bought my watch from Australia only because the staff told me it can work in Canada. But it seems my watch does not work with any plan offered by my carrier. Is there a carrier in Canada that can offer cellular service for my watch?

people here report usa and canada use a different type of esim cellular then the rest of the world,

people here often ask if they can purchase a watch in usa and use it in their respective countries and

seems to get informed they can not.
