why is it that when i agree to the terms and conditions it still doesn’t start to load ? It doesn’t even let me go pass the agree/disagree part.

Try restarting your phone.....A hard restart usually works better then just powering off and back on. With your iPhone XR you need to

Press and Release Volume Up

Press and Release Volume Down

Press and Hold the Side (Siri) button till you see the Apple Logo on the screen. Do not release the button when you see the slider to power off your phone. Continue to hold it till you see the Apple Logo at that point you can release the button and let the phone continue to boot up.

im having the same problem it wont load and i have restarted my phone 5 times .
