Verifying phone number for iMessage and FaceTime

Hi,

I had installed a new SIM card to my device (same phone number) and now able to use the same number for texting or calling for both iMessage and FaceTime. It shows the word verifying and not able to move forward. I have done erasing my phone then restore a backup but still the issue is there.

please your support is needed to resolve this issue. I have been using many solutions posted online, and did not work at all.

I have a an internet connection so the issue is not there.
