The Keynote will be available to stream on apple.com, the Apple Developer app, the Apple TV app, and the Apple YouTube channel. On-demand playback will be available after the conclusion of the stream.

I’ve lost the contacts in my iPhone. Can I download them from the iCloud? Thanks

If you made a backup you can restore from the back up. Did you go to settings>contacts>default account and change that recently?
