I have lost some of my contacts on my iPhone since the last update. I have been told that I may be able to obtain those lost contacts from my icloud version. But I do not know how to do this. Does anyone have a suggestion? Cheers

Exporting Contacts:
Sync Through iCloud:
Using the same Apple ID: First, enable Contacts in iCloud on the Mac device. Then, on your iPhone, enable Contacts. All will sync between devices. Go Here: Set up and use iCloud Contacts - Apple Support
