Error Code 4000 iTunes while installing update iOS

I usually update iOS using iTunes on Windows.. But, this time can't.. When I want to update, there is dialog box named "This iPhone cannot be updated. An unknown error code 4000".. I have clicked more info and try those steps, but still fail.. Someone having same problem like me?
