Can’t get hand wash on apple watch

• Open the Watch app on your iPhone.
• Under My Watch, scroll down and tap Handwashing.
• Tap the toggle next to Handwashing Timer.

On the watch

• Press the Digital Crown and select the Settings app.
• Scroll down and tap Handwashing.
• Tap the toggle next to Handwashing Timer.

It should start once you wash your hands along with detecting hand movements and the sound of running water

I upgraded to watchOS 7 last night and there is no Handwashing in My Watch. Ideas?

I couldn't find any of these.

I was on the watch app and searched hand washing. To my surprise it was there, I was trying to click on it and nothing would happen.
