Hello,
I purchased a second hand iPad mini through eBay and I could not set it up due to an "Activation Lock" saying it was still linked to an Apple ID. Luckily the previous owner had their contact info engraved on the back but they have not yet answered my messages. I am unsure how to continue if they do not write back.
