Apple Watch Tiny Green Dot in unusual spot

my watch has a tiny green dot tht isn’t at a place tht indicates notifications or anything like that. It’s at about 3/4 of the watch surface from the top. It’s not exactly at the bottom either. It’s between the center of the watch and the rear of the watch. And it’s a little off center by being slightly to the right. It doesn’t go away when I restart either. Does that mean the screen is broken or anything? I didn’t drop it either. Thank you.

Hi Applequestion99,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. We understand there's a tiny green dot that is appearing on the display of an Apple Watch unexpectedly. We can help point you in the right direction.

From the description you provided, our recommendation is to have the Apple Watch physically inspected for service. You can contact Apple Support to review the best available service options in your country or region. You can contact them through this link here: Contact Apple Support

Kind regards.
