When I try open widget smith it shows me a white screen then closes

From my home screen to where we can see all available widgets at once… Im updated to the new ios 15. iPad stops working when I try to add widgets. Whenever I go to edit the widgets and then click on add button the iPad stops working it gets hang and even the power button stops working. Then after 20-30secs after it gets to the normal. Please check the video to see it in action. Hope the apple developers take a look at it. https://youtu.be/ytRocA37pEE

Black screen when i open an app The problem is that when i open any app the screen gets black after that i clicl the power button and redo it then the screen back normal but if i open the iphone again the same deal happens .. why is that ?

Contact the developer of the app.

That is not an Apple app.
