VSCO doesn't work

Hello there! This summer, I bought a paid subscription in the VSCO app.The money was debited from me, but the app's features remained paid. Why is this? I can attach subscription screenshots.

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 12

That’s a good question for the app provider. You can find how to contact them in the App Store entry for the app.
