I updated my watch to watch os 7 and now it periodically reboots. How can I fix this?

Yes, mine reboots several times per day since the OS upgrade, and after months of a steady daily V02 max - the day after the upgrade mine fell by 10%. And it has stayed down. Hoping we see a patch soon!
My weeks-old series 3 42mm reboots spontaneously a few times a day after upgrading to 7. I was told turning off "heart rate" under "privacy" on the iphone watch app could fix it. It did not. It rebooted as soon as I drove away from my house a few hours ago. I just upgraded to watchOS 7.1 beta, we'll see what happens. Regardless, I ordered a SE 44mm last night - tired of how flaky my current watch is acting. I really need it to be reliable because of some family health issues. Good luck y'all and stay well.
I'm also running into this. Twice, after rebooting, the watch has asked me to enter my password for my iCloud. After entering it, it will give me an error that it was unable to verify.
Updated my watch to the latest version of watch os and it still reboots periodically throughout the day
I haven’t had that issue yet. Just restarting a couple times a day. I’ve also noticed at times the screen will be unresponsive.
