Camera showing black screen

My iPhone XR is fully up to date with iOS 14. My rear camera and flashlight are not working. The front camera works, but the rear camera shows a black screen on the camera app, and on apps like Facebook, Instagram etc the camera won’t even attempt to turn around from front camera. As well as this, recording any videos with the front camera, it automatically cuts off after one second and the video doesn’t exist in my photo gallery either. Is this fixable?
