hey, so I logged off a zoom meeting today, only to find that my macbook air had a big black vertical line on the side, glitching lines on the bottom, and a large diagonal line through the center of the screen. this has never happened before, and it needs to be fixed soon because it is messing everything up. I have reset the mac and the smc and do not know what to do next. any help is appreciated :))

I think it's a hardware related issue, probably LCD panel or backlight is something wrong, so you need to make Genius Bar reservation if your neighborhood retail Apple Store is open or find near opened Apple Authorized Service Provider to be examined your MacBook Air.

Remove zoom, re-boot then zap that pram cmd-opt PR before the chime.
see if that works
i have been reading that users are having some problems with zoom, this might be the case.
