Os7 crashes on Series 3 watch

Since installing OS7 on Series 3 watch, my watch crashes. It takes several minutes to revive it after a crash. How do you uninstall an update?

The lack of syncing with the phone is an issue with os7.0.1. I erased and paired, it now resolved. My daughter Series 3 updated to 7.0.1 and her watch doesn’t sync any longer.

Thank you for the info. I unpaired, erased, paired, updated. I don’t know yet if it worked. It no longer is syncing with my phone even though it shows it is paired.
