Widgets on iPadOS

is the widgets feature available on iPadOS 14? If so how can I add widgets on my home screen? If not then will it ever be available in the future?

Why can't we put widgets on the home screen like on the iPhone? With iOS 14 for iPhone, we can put widgets anywhere on the home screen. Why can't we do the same with iOS 14 for iPad?

No Widgets on IPad Pro 4. Generation? Since I have this IPad, I'm trying to figure out how to put Widgets on my homescreen. I guess this function wasn’t added, for whatever reason they didn’t added it since 2020. But maybe my they are added and just not available on an easy way… So could someone please tell me, if they seriously aren’t available or if I just can’t find them? Thank you! ( And no not it’s not possible with the button in the left corner and also I don't mean the widget board on the first “page”)

think the only way is to

settings->home screen & dock->app icons

and choose more

and then they will be there in the left side when in landscape mode
