Contacts, notes and calendar deleted after deleting old work email

How can I retrieve my notes, contacts and calendar after deleting my old email from previous work?

i tried putting the email back but since it’s a non working email. Wouldn’t retrieve back. didn’t realize that those apps are dependent of that email.

Need help bad. I lost everything especially my notes where I have important data like password.
