I have problems with my iPhone 11 I bought In October last year. The iPhone gets hot when using.

That’s called the 2nd law of thermodynamics. Anything that uses energy does so at less than 100% efficiency; the energy wasted is expressed as heat. Your phone has built in thermal monitoring; if its temperature exceeds its design limits the phone will shut down to cool off and display a message saying so. If you don’t see this happening the phone is within an acceptable range.
