Apple TV won’t accept ID and password.
Apple TV will not let me purchase films, tv series etc. It was fine 3 days ok. It asks for my password to the correctly displayed ID then says my ID or Password is incorrect. All my other devices are fine with the correct same details.
it also won’t let me into in app purchases - eg NOW TV ......and also no access toNetflix, it asks for my Netflix password and then says it’s wrong- again it’s available with same details on other devices. Anyone found a solution. It an older Apple TV with small silver remote.
